We need volunteers!

We're looking to expand our capacity in 2021 and we need your help. We're searching for volunteers who can join us as we support Black journalists across Canada. We need volunteers to fill the following roles:

CABJ Media Startup Bootcamp Program Assistant
CABJ Connects Program Assistant
Administrative Assistant
Governance Committee (3 volunteers needed)

Volunteers would work together alongside the Executive team, assisting with program development and delivery. For the marketing & communications role, a good understanding of Mailchimp is encouraged but not required. The web support volunteer should be proficient in Squarespace. The time commitment for all positions is approximately 15-25 hours per month.
